On March 18, 2025, Howard University Beltsville Campus (HUBC) hosted a seminar with guest speaker Dr. Sandip Pal from the Department of Geosciences, Atmospheric Science Division, Texas Tech University. The title of his talk was Observation and Simulation of Boundary Layer Processes Over Drylands. After the talk, he was given a tour of the HUBC facilities and experienced a Cryogen Frostpoint Hydrometer (CFH) / Ozonesonde launch later that afternoon. Dr. Pal and his son had a great time interacting with the staff and students of HUBC, especially during lunch. Can’t wait to see you in the next seminar!
