Even though it’s a soggy day, it’s always sunny at the convention center here at Washington, DC, for the AGU annual meeting. Today there are more talks and more posters to view, including our colleagues Oscar Chimborazo (above) presenting Enhanced Quantitative Precipitation Estimation in Orographically Complex Regions Using Advanced AI/ML Techniques, and Debanjana Das with Predicting Heatwaves Over South Asia Across Sub-Seasonal to Seasonal Timescales: Perspectives from Earth System Modeling. There’s also the Exhibit Hall with all the high tech companies, government agencies, and universities showcasing their research and opportunities to collaborate. Make sure to check more posters tomorrow, more colleagues will be presenting.
